Factory Daytona Yellow with black painted rally stripes gives this
1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS Z28 a sharp, aggressive look from every
angle. The Rally Sport package features hideaway headlights, a rear
deck spoiler, and correct Z28 badging. Rally wheels sit on
period-style Goodyear Wide Tread GT E70-15 bias-ply tires, all
sized at 15 inches. The full repaint matches the original paint
code 76, while the brightwork, glass, and weather stripping all
appear properly sorted. Painted stripes are clean, and the car
stands solid on its factory-correct styling.
Inside, it's all black with standard vinyl bucket seats and a
factory console. The trim code 711 confirms it retains its correct
black vinyl interior. A Hurst 4-speed shifter anchors the center
console, with the factory gauge stack and woodgrain accents tying
in across the dash and door panels. The headliner, door panels, and
carpeting appear refreshed. The factory clock still functions, and
the factory gauges remain clean and legible, matching the overall
tidy presentation inside the cabin.
Power comes from a 302 cubic inch V8 built to DZ specs with a
Holley 4-barrel carburetor, Winters aluminum intake, and
stock-style manifolds. Although not original to the car, the block
has been restamped with DZ markings, and the consignor has retained
the original (cracked) block. Backed by a Muncie 4-speed manual
transmission, power is sent to a GM 12-bolt rear axle coded BV for
a 4.10 Positraction setup. Power front disc brakes and power
steering are in place, with KYB shocks and dual chambered exhaust
finishing off the drivetrain setup.
Real Z28 with authentic RS package, 302 V8 power, Muncie 4 speed,
and 12 bolt rear make this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS Z28 a true
muscle car experience. Call today!
