Bronco for sale in our Mesa, Arizona showroom. For the 1992 model
year, the fifth-generation Bronco followed the design development
of the ninth-generation Ford F-150. Again, retaining the chassis
introduced for the 1980 model year, the front fascia of the Bronco
adopted additional aerodynamic revisions. While designed with a
larger grille, front bumper, and headlight units, the front fascia
was given a slightly rounded design.
The cabin features front bucket seats, and a rear bench seat
trimmed in tan leather with matching sun visors, carpets, and trim.
Equipment includes power-operated lumbar support for the front
seats, air conditioning, manual windows and manual tailgate window,
power mirrors and locks, a 12-volt electrical outlet, cruise
control, and a center console with cupholders. A leather-wrapped
airbag-equipped steering wheel fronts an 85-mph speedometer, a
tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, voltage, coolant
temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 110,696
miles.
The Bronco is finished in Toreador Red Metallic Clearcoat (FL) and
features a white fiberglass rear hardtop, chrome bumpers and trim.
The 15" aluminum wheels are mounted with 235/75R15 Mastercraft
Courser STR tires. Automatically locking hubs are fitted up front,
and braking is handled by anti-lock front discs and rear drums.
The 5.8-liter V8 features multi-port electronic fuel injection and
was factory rated at 205 horsepower and 328 lb-ft of torque when
new. Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a
four-speed automatic overdrive transmission and a dual-range
transfer case.
