Volkswagen DOKA T3 Transporter, a true piece of utilitarian history

this is a factory 16" Syncro model, one of only around 350 produced
over a five-year stretch, and it's loaded with heavy-duty factory
upgrades designed to survive the toughest environments.
Powered by a 1.6L diesel inline-four mated to a 4-speed manual with
a creeper gear, this DOKA means business. It comes equipped with
both front and rear differential lockers, part of the legendary
Syncro system that gives this truck true go-anywhere capability.
Add in the factory cold-weather package, with a cabin heater, block
heater, heated seat, headlight washers. You begin to understand
this was purpose-built for extreme-duty use. Originally a Finnish
RR utility truck, it comes with meticulous service records from its
time in service, giving you a full window into its life and
maintenance.
The utility bed is equally rugged, featuring flip-down sides for
easy access and a layout that makes it perfect for both work and
adventure builds. Inside, it's simple and functional, with rear
bench seats, original stereo, and an auxiliary diesel heater to
