1973 Pimento Red TR-6, 77,300 miles. In good condition, driven a one or two times a month around town and occasionally longer drives. Always gets lots of waves and thumbs up. It has been garaged and maintained exclusively by British car mechanics during the 18 years/8,000 miles that I have owned it. All needed or suggested repairs and replacements have been performed during that time while include but are not limited to the following: new seats, new seat belts, new convertible top, brakes (rotors, pads, master and slave cylinders), new fuel pump, replaced U joint, replaced alternator, replaced gas tank, replaced radiator, reinstalled an original cooling fan blade in place of aftermarket electric fan, new tires (@ 75,000 miles), reapplication of underbody rust coating, plus all usual maintenance and repairs.
The car was repainted in the original factory color 2 owners ago, and has some slight age related imperfections visible on close inspection, but the car still looks great as seen in photos. The body is in good shape from a rust standpoint. The aftermarket radio/cassette player is not working, and the car is missing the radio antenna. A vintage shop manual (copyright 1978) and new car cover are included.
