This 2005 Aston Martin Vanquish S is one of approximately 1,100 examples built between 2004 and 2007 and now has 12k miles. The car is powered by a 5.9-liter V12 and received a six-speed manual conversion that was performed by Aston Martin Works in Newport Pagnell, England, in 2023. It is finished in black over black leather and Alcantara and is equipped with a limited-slip differential, 19″ 11-spoke alloy wheels, fog lights, a rear spoiler, heated power-adjustable front seats, navigation, a cassette stereo, and automatic climate control. The Vanquish S features a revised steering ratio as well as stiffer suspension components and shorter steering arms over the standard model. Stopping is handled by silver-finished Aston Martin-branded calipers over slotted and ventilated rotors at all four corners. The control arm bushings, track rod ends, and the brake rotors and pads were replaced in October 2023. The 2+2 cabin features heated power-adjustable front seats and individual rear seats upholstered in Obsidian Black leather with Alcantara inserts. Amenities include an Alcantara headliner, navigation, push-button ignition, and automatic climate control. The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames white dial instrumentation including a 210-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 12k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership. The 5.9-liter V12 featured revised engine mapping, cylinder heads, and fuel injectors compared to the contemporary Vanquish, which resulted in a factory-rated output of 520 horsepower and 425 lb-ft of torque. The factory-equipped six-speed automated transmission was converted to a six-speed manual unit by Aston Martin Works in Newport Pagnell, England, in October 2023. The car is fitted with a limited-slip differential.
