1968 CHEVROLET CAMARO RS/SS CONVERTIBLE ROTISSERIE RESTORATION,
4-SPEED, TRIBUTE This is a very sharp looking Camaro RS/SS tribute
convertible. It is finished in its original color Teal Blue code L.
Looking down both sides it is straight. The paint is very smooth
and has a glossy finish. The white SS stripes running across the
nose and down both sides stripe stand out against the Teal Blue
exterior. The white convertible power top is like new. All the
brightwork has been polished like chrome. It has rechromed front
and rear bumpers. The hideaway headlights work as they should. It
rides on a set of 15x7 Chevy Rally wheels with new trim rings and
center caps and a newer set of 215/70 14 BFG T/A radials. The blue
interior has been restored. It has new seat upholstery and
cushions. The dash area is clean with a factory Tic-Toc-Tachometer
and speedometer. The blue Deluxe interior door panels and dash pad
are like new. The 4-speed console is in excellent shape as well. It
features the optional gauge cluster. It has a retro AM/FM radio
with the speakers built into the kick panels. It has an optional
tilt steering column with a three spoke walnut wood steering wheel.
The engine compartment is detailed nicely with its number matching
327 ci/275 hp engine suffix code EE and casting number 3914678. It
has correct chrome valve covers, open element chrome air cleaner,
Rochester carburetor, correct factory exhaust manifolds, GM hoses
and correct tower clamps. It also features a cadmium plated brake
booster with new master cylinder and correct portioning valves,
power steering and power front disc brakes. Everything is nice and
tidy and finished in a nice satin black finish. The undercarriage
is very impressive. The floor is very clean. The floor pans,
braces, rocker and frame rails and even the lower inner quarters
show no signs of rust repairs. The front end steering components
and suspension have all been replaced. It also has all new: brake
lines, fuel lines, fuel tank and straps. The E-brake assembly is
complete and working as well. The front brakes are power disc
brakes. Looking up at the motor, it is clean along with the M20
Muncie 4-speed manual transmission. There is a 12-bolt, BM code
3:31:1 posi rear end. There is a correct dual exhaust system with
transverse muffler and correct tail pipes that dump behind the rear
wheels. The E-brake assembly is complete and working. There is a
new gas tank, straps and sending unit. The trunk is clean metal. It
is complete with a trunk mat and space saver spare spare tire and
jack assembly and lug wrench. This is an awesome car! It is super
