Vehicle Description

Intent on evolving its lineup for the new millennium, Ferrari
approached the development of the 360 with a clean sheet in both
styling and engineering. Gone were its predecessors' trademark side
strakes and pop-up headlights, replaced by a curvaceous,
streamlined body that increased downforce by as much as four times
over the outgoing F355. Using modern materials, Ferrari achieved a
28-percent weight savings while increasing chassis rigidity by 40
percent-significant gains were made possible as the 360 became the
first production Ferrari constructed entirely from aluminum.
Announced at the 1999 Geneva Motor Show, the 360 set a precedent
for future models, offering new levels of comfort and usability
while maintaining the level of performance expected from a
Ferrari.
Finished in elegant Nero (Black) with a matching Nero soft top,
this car was ordered new with the highly coveted six-speed manual
transmission. Delivered new to Midwestern Auto Group of Dublin,
Ohio, this car additionally specified with an exquisite full
color-matched leather interior featuring the desirable
power-adjustable Daytona-style seats, colored upper dashboard,
colored steering wheel, upholstered rear shelf/door mould, and
upholstered roll bars all trimmed in Beige leather with Nero
contrast stitching. Modern amenities included a high power Hi-Fi
system with subwoofer and 6-disc CD changer, while the exterior
presentation was enhanced by front and rear Challenge grilles and
Scuderia Ferrari fender shields. All told, nearly $20,000 in
optional equipment was added to this 360, pushing the total price
to over $185,000 when new.
The clean CARFAX shows that the car was initially sold in Ohio in
February 2003 but quickly found its way to New York with its next
owner in May 2003 showing just 75 miles. The 360 Spider remained in
the Empire State when it entered its third caretaker's collection
in January 2014. Retaining an extremely high level of originality,
it entered the current owner's prominent Ferrari collection in
April 2019 with just 4,477 miles.
Today, this 360 remains in spectacular condition, having covered
just 4,611 miles at cataloging. In preparation for sale, a service
was completed at official Ferrari Dealer Prancing Horse of
Nashville, Tennessee in July 2025 to ensure this exceptional 360
Spider is ready for immediate enjoyment by its next owner. Adding
to the outstanding level of preservation seen throughout this car,
it is accompanied by its books and tools in their original Schedoni
leather cases, along with the tire inflator. The only deviation
from factory specification is the tastefully upgraded Tubi exhaust
system that showcases the wonderful note from the naturally
aspirated 3.6-liter V8. A particularly low mileage example, this is
an excellent opportunity for a Ferrari collector looking to acquire
an investment-grade 360 Spider with the highly sought-after
six-speed manual transmission.
