For Sale: 1987 Pontiac Firebird, 48,435 miles, 2.8L V6. I tried to be as thorough as possible with the pictures and video, it's in really great condition for the price and I'm happy to answer any questions.
Mechanical - Starts good, runs good, stops and turns good, tires have good tread. All the lights and accessories work, the only issues are the gas gauge flops around when you hit a bump and the headlight control module drains the battery if you leave it connected. I usually just leave them up with the module unplugged. The rest of the assembly works and the lights are fine.
Exterior- No dents or big scratches, no rust on the body that I can tell, the bumper is a little faded, the right tail light is cracked and there are small scratches in places you'd expect (decals, mirrors, key holes). All in all it shouldn't need much work to be perfect.
Interior - The center console is moderately worn. The seam on the driver's side seat was worn completely to the foam, I've sewn it up and covered it with something but it'll need repaired, replaced or covered to look professional. The plastic on the seat belt receivers is in really bad shape, I covered them with some silicone covers but they'll eventually have to be replaced. Other than that, the carpet and interior is in excellent condition. And there's fuzzy dice, of course :)
The car's not showroom by any means but is is a solid base for just about anything you'd want to do, let me know if you're interested and I should reply within a day.
Thanks,
-John
