concours-restored example of one of the most iconic Shelby muscle
cars ever built. This may be considered one of the best restored 66
Shelby GT350's on the planet, a no excuse example with incredible
provenance. Very few examples have ever won the accolades this car
has including multiple SAAC Concours Gold awards, MCA Gold Concours
and MCACN Gold making it the perfect example for the collector who
only wants the best in their collection. Ordered new on 3/11/66 and
originally shipped to Francis for Fords in Harrisburg, PA. They
were invoiced $3,514 plus $212 for ten-spoke wheels, $50 Lemans
stripes, $40 rear seats plus freight for a total of $3,093.46. The
car was then traded to Keller Brothers Motors in Lebanon, PA and
purchased by one of the salesmen. He had kept an original photo of
the car when new as well as the owner's manual with his information
written in it. Finished in rare and striking Dark Green white White
Lemans stripes, believed to be one of very few finished in this
special-order color-it stands out even among Shelby's legendary
lineup. Meticulously restored to concours standards, this GT350
retains its numbers matching Hi-Po 289ci/306hp complete with its
numbers matching Hi-Po cylinder heads. Additionally it retains its
numbers matching aluminum T-10 and 3.50 rear end. To find a
complete numbers matching drivetrain is extremely important on any
Shelby of this era! Recently finished from a complete rotisserie
restoration by a marque expert, this GT350 presents as it would
have fresh from Shelby American in 1966. Correct finishes, factory
markings, and authentic components throughout underscore the
quality and accuracy of the restoration. The signature Le Mans
stripes and functional scoops are complemented by period-correct
14-inch Ten spoke wheels and Goodyear Blue Streak tires. Inside,
the black interior features original-style bucket seats,
wood-rimmed steering wheel, and correct dash instrumentation, all
restored to factory specifications. Every detail reflects a
commitment to authenticity by the restorer. With documented
provenance and concours-level presentation, this 1966 Shelby GT350
is a rare and highly collectible piece of American racing
history-offered in a seldom-seen color and equipped with its
desirable factory 4-speed. A true investment-grade example for the
