INTRODUCTION: Classic Hot Rod! A fenderless deuce coupe with
suicide doors, and a motor almost as tall as the chopped top! This
is a quality build throughout that can be driven anywhere!
EXTERIOR: The fiberglass body is in outstanding shape. The suicide
doors open by a remote button and shut like a new car. It's arrow
straight with no damage. Upfront it has the '32 grill shell with a
polished spreader bar. It also has the big original style
headlights with Ford script lenses and turn signals. In back it has
original style taillights with blue dots. The roof represents a 3
inch chop and has optional chrome windshield frame. There's a
button under the car you can tap with your foot to pop the door
open. It's sitting tough on 15 inch aluminum Weld wheels wrapped in
BFGoodrich tires, much fatter in the back!
INTERIOR: The entire inside is upholstered. It has molded door
panels with power window switches, billet handles and a deadbolt
lock. The seat's very comfortable with a fold down center armrest.
I'm 6 ft tall and fit comfortably, the pedal position is good too.
The floors have real nice carpet and mats with bound edges. The
dash is very clean with no clutter, just a nice set of white face
gauges. The polished tilt column as a Grant GT wheel.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Now we're talkin, check this bad boy out! The
350 was rebuilt and bored to a 355. It has a set of polished
aluminum heads and a giant polished BDS 671 blower with dual Holley
600 supercharger four barrel carbs and a BDS polished scoop on top.
An MSD ignition sends the lightning and a set of coated headers
feeds the exhaust. It's dressed with finned aluminum valve covers,
chrome alternator, and billet pulleys. An aluminum radiator with
overflow tank, a big electric fan and stainless hoses keeps it
running cool. A finned radiator cap caps things off.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It opens from a lever under the dash. It's
finished off very nicely with upholstered side panels and carpeted
floor. Billet hinges and prop rod are a nice touch. The battery is
located in a battery box with an upholstered cover.
UNDERSIDE: The custom boxed and smoothed frame with tubular
supports is painted gloss black. The front steering and suspension
is completely chromed. It has a drop tubular axle, transverse
spring, and tubular trailing arms. In back is a 4-link system with
chrome control arms and coilover adjustable gas shocks. The power
brake system has disc in front, the booster and master are mounted
under the car. Great sounding exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers and
turn down tips right before the rear end. Looking up at the motor
it has a finned aluminum oil pan. The Turbo 400 automatic has a
finned aluminum pan too. The custom driveshaft leads back to a Ford
9 inch rear end with 3.70 posi gears. It's very fresh and proper
under this car!
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we
built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and
hired a team of technicians to work it. This is so we can sell you
the best cars within reason.
CONCLUSION: Just to look at this car it's exciting, wait til you
fire it up and go! And go it will, it has been enjoyed 6,500 miles
so far and is turnkey ready. It was driven to Volo from an hour
away. Have fun!
For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the
highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide
is my professional opinion based on my experience with these
vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a
personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always
available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is
to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase
the car and share our team's insights. **Our cars are displayed
within a museum setting. If you are interested in a specific
vehicle, please schedule an appointment with a salesperson to view
it. Without an appointment, there is an admission fee to enter the
showroom. If you decide to purchase a car, your admission will be
refunded, and you'll receive a one-year museum membership.
