***Vehicle Located in MA - Zoom Classic Cars presents this 1935
Ford Model 48 4 Door Fastback Touring Sedan. Mostly original all
steel car from WA state showing 111K miles on the Odometer that was
in the process of being completed. Purchased by the owner in 2011
with intentions of completing interior restoration. Car is equipped
with a rebuilt and painted 81A Flathead V8 that runs very well. Has
been converted to 12 volt with alternator. 3 Speed manual
transmission with floor shift. Push Button start. The body is in
very good overall condition with all of the body panels lining up
nicely, the floor boards have all been replaced and are solid as
are the running boards. Lots of work has been done on the interior
including covering the seats with period correct covers that look
great and fit perfectly. Seats underneath would need to be
reupholstered if the covers were removed. Owner prepped for
installation of a new headliner by restoring all of the strapping
and installing Dynamat through out. Some prep work was also done to
eventually install a round factory clock above the dash as shown.
New door panel cutouts were installed in preparation for
upholstering. The owner had plans of completing the interior with a
LeBaron Bonney package at some point (not included). Gauge cluster
includes factory Speedometer with aftermarket Stewart Warner gauges
for Fuel Level, Water Temp, Oil Pressure and Battery Voltage. New
wiring. The owner added a windshield wiper for passing MA
inspection. The older black repaint is very presentable and in
overall very nice condition with some imperfections as shown. All
the trim and bumpers are intact in and good to very good condition.
Undercarriage of the car is clean and solid with minor surface rust
only as shown and features dual exhaust exiting the rear of vehicle
with chrome tips, new King pins and new Hydraulic drum brakes. The
car rides on Allstate 4 ply tires mounted on red painted factory
spoke wheels with chrome Ford V8 hubs that look great. Rear mounted
spare tire. New Halogen headlights and a 3rd brake light added for
safe driving. A really nice Driver quality 35 Ford that can be
driven and enjoyed as-is or ready for its finishing touches. Stored
in MA and comes with Clean MA title in the owner's name and some
additional parts and documentation including the Gas Rationing "A"
card as shown. A few additional minor issues include a small dent
on the rear right fender as shown and cracked windshield glass on
the right driver's side corner. Please click on the Blue
