57 Chevrolet 150 Post with a BlacK Widow paint Scheme. The car is powered by a ZZ502 Big Block With a Holly Sniper dual quad lookalike fuel injected Electronic EFI sysyem. To accomodate the Big block it has a Strange Engineering/Ford 9N shortened rear axle to accomodate the 3" per side tubbed out wheel wells and large rear tires all mounted on American Racing Mag wheels. The vehicle has a 4 link coil over suspension system with Disk brakes all the way around. The front steering system has also been completely updated and has power steering added to the new suspension. The 502 has a Milidon high capacity oil pan as well as a high output Sniper rear mounted fuel pump to get fuel to this power plant. The Ford 9N has a 355 set of gears installed and is run by a Tremec T56 6 spd. manual transmission with a new balanced drive shaft to accommodae the T56 The engine was completely torn down in 2021 and re-gasketed when the new T56 trans/tunnel was installed along with the Holly Sniper EFI system. The new drive train has less than 200 miles on it since it was installed in 2021 and was dynoed at near 5oo Rear wheel HPl with Huge torque. The work was done by SEMA winner Dutch Boys Hotrods of Southern Michigan. The Stainless trim on this car is in eccelent condition and the vehicle has crystal clear Lightly tinted windows. The interior is black leather with a tweed racing pattern 2 tone and is in perfect condition. This vehicle has power windows all the way around and an Ididit tilting adjustible steering column with a corvette steering wheel. The air conditioning system is by Vintage air. The car also has Rain Gear 12 volt stainless steel wiper system and a Custom Auto Sound Modern Sterio system made for the 57 Chevy to fit that period of vehicle, This car is very streetable and runs on pump premium fuel. This is a very fast car that starts on the turn of the key which is the beuty of computer controlled EFI. The control module for the Sniper is mouted on the tunnel just ahead of the Hurst 6 spd. shifter. All the tuning of the system was done at the time the vehicle was put on the rear wheel Dyno. The car has never seen any weather and always garage kept under a cover. Whoever is interested in the vehicle can inspect it on my shop hoist.. This is one bad ass Chevy.
