"By 1969, the muscle-car era was nearing its zenith. Performance
packages were proliferating into just about every vehicle platform,
and top-selling Chevrolet exuded enticing examples, offering Super
Sports in most lines."-Hemmings.
This Chevrolet Nova SS is finished in Fathom Green with black
painted stripes and black vinyl top. The interior features a black
vinyl interior with Strato bucket seats and is powered by a 350
cubic inch V8 motor factory rated at 300 horsepower and is paired
with a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission.
The sequential numbers on the engine as well as the transmission
match the vehicle identification number on the dash as can be seen
in the photographs. The 12-bolt rear end is coded for 1969 Chevy
Nova's and Camaro's.
The Fathom Green exterior shows very well with a great shine and
depth with no area of corrosion with only minor imperfections. The
glass and seals are all in exceptionally good condition with the
exception of some minor sanding scratches on the lower rear window.
The overall exterior presentation is show worthy.
The black interior shows exceptionally good with newly upholstered
seats that still require some "breaking in," center console with
gauge package and AM/FM stereo. This Nova SS also features power
brakes and the components to complete the power steering
upgrades.
Pump the gas, turn the key and this Super Sport comes to life. This
Nova is a great blend of power to weight ratio which makes for a
fun enjoyable ride.
