car is in need of substantial mechanical and cosmetic work. Due to
limited time and manpower, we are unable to complete the necessary
repairs. It has not passed Texas state inspection and will not pass
without further work. Therefore, we are unable to sell this vehicle
retail in the state of Texas.

Texas dealer license. We are, however, able to sell it to
out-of-state buyers, and it may be a great opportunity for someone
