This 1973 AMC Javelin AMX is a well-preserved example of American
muscle, boasting the rare and desirable 360 Go Pack option.
Finished in Fawn Beige with a contrasting brown vinyl roof and
aggressive Racing Rallye stripes, the car captures the bold styling
and attitude of the early 1970s. Its factory air-induction hood and
14-inch Rally wheels further reinforce its performance-oriented
character. Though it has received a repaint, the car remains
largely a survivor, retaining its original interior, which is in
great condition and finished in a rich Cinnamon hue.
Under the hood sits the original 360 cubic inch V8, part of the
sought-after Go Pack that delivered a factory-rated 285 horsepower.
Paired with a 727 automatic transmission, this Javelin runs very
strong and delivers the throaty, responsive performance enthusiasts
expect from a true muscle car. Power steering and power brakes,
including front discs, make for an engaging yet manageable driving
experience, and the heat is fully functional for added comfort.
