models came standard with 4-stroke forty-five degree V-Twin
engines, 2 cylinders, with a 5-speed transmission. With a 26.6'
laden seat-height, the 2012 XL1200C Sportster has a 4.3' ground
clearance and a 4.5 gallon capacity. The 'C' stands for custom, and
all original bikes were offered with seven customizable options,
including wheels, handlebars, seats, paint, foot control position,
