This 1976 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is a running and driving
project that is one of 319 50th Anniversary Limited Edition coupes
produced with a 455ci V8 for the model year. It was delivered new
to Harry Sorantino Cadillac-Pontiac of Bridgeton, New Jersey, and
it is said to have spent approximately four decades in storage
before being partially recommissioned by its second owner. Finished
in faded Starlight Black over black perforated vinyl upholstery,
the car also features a four-speed manual transmission, a
limited-slip differential, a Trans Am hood decal, a Shaker hood
scoop, a rear spoiler, a gold-accented grille and headlight liners,
front disc brakes, gold-finished 15? honeycomb-style wheels, power
windows and door locks, an AM/FM radio, and a Realistic cassette
tape player. Work in 2024 is said to have included rebuilding the
four-barrel carburetor, replacing the exhaust system and tires, and
fitting the brakes with a replacement master cylinder, front
calipers, and rubber lines. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2025,
this Trans Am project shows 63k miles and is offered on
