vinyl interior, this T-Bird offers a perfect blend of jet-age
styling and muscle-era upgrades. With its long, low silhouette and
iconic pointed rear quarters, it remains one of the most striking
American cars of the early 1960s.
Power comes from Ford's 390ci V8, paired to the smooth-shifting
3-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. The engine breathes
through a recently installed Holley 600 CFM 4-barrel carb, and the
car has benefited from multiple recent mechanical upgrades: a new
master cylinder, new battery and alternator, fresh fluids including
transmission and oil, and new sway bar links-all of which
contribute to confident driving and reliable performance. It also
features upgraded disc brakes up front for improved stopping power,
with drums in the rear.
Inside, the Thunderbird stays true to its luxury cruiser roots with
a unique, swing-away steering column for easy entry and exit, power
brakes, and its classic AM radio. The gauges have been updated with
functional oil, water, voltage, and fuel meters-giving you modern
feedback while keeping the retro dash layout intact. The interior
shows well, with the blue vinyl nicely complementing the exterior
tone and the whole cabin exuding a period-correct charm.
This Thunderbird isn't just a pretty face. It's been thoughtfully
