The 1967 Chevrolet Corvette is often considered the pinnacle of the C2 Corvette lineup. The '67 was revered for its performance, styling, and engineering. The final model year of the C2 generation, the '67 Corvette benefited from five years of refinement, making it one of the most desirable and collectible Corvettes ever produced. Visually, the 1967 Corvette was subtly restyled from previous years, featuring five functional front fender vents, an optinal new stinger-style hood (on big-block models), and backup lights integrated into the rear fascia. The sleek, aggressive design remained faithful to the Sting Ray look that debuted in 1963 but had a more refined and muscular feel by 1967.
