1992 Ford Mustang LX Supercharged This 1992 Ford Mustang LX
convertible was acquired by the previous owner in 2018, and
subsequent work consisted of installing a Vortech-supercharged
331ci V8 linked with a Freddy Brown three-speed automatic
transmission with overdrive. The car is finished in red over white
leather upholstery, and additional modifications include subframe
connectors, long-tube exhaust headers, MSD ignition components,
aluminum SVO cylinder heads, an aluminum radiator, a MagnaFlow
exhaust system, and AutoMeter instrumentation. Features include
chrome 17? five-spoke wheels, a white convertible soft top, a rear
spoiler, and power windows and door locks. The car was repainted
red under prior ownership. Exterior details include a white
convertible soft top, a fixed antenna, a rear spoiler, bright
exhaust finishers, and body-color mirrors. Chrome 17? five-spoke
wheels are mounted with 245/45 Sumitomo HTR ZII tires. Full-length
subframe connectors have been fitted along with aftermarket shocks,
struts, and sway bars. Braking is handled by power-assisted front
discs and rear drums. The front bucket seats and a rear bench were
re-trimmed in white leather upholstery with red piping. Amenities
include a B&M shifter and power windows and door locks. The
four-spoke steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer and a
tachometer as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure,
voltage, and fuel level. AutoMeter Phantom instrumentation consists
of a tachometer and gauges for boost pressure, transmission
temperature, and coolant temperature. The replacement 331ci V8 was
installed in 2018 at Mustang Magic of Deer Park, New York, and is

MSD ignition system components Aluminum radiator. Power is sent to
the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic with overdrive and
a limited-slip differential.
