Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas/Fort Worth is excited to present
this beautifully restored 1972 GMC C1500 Sierra Grande, a true
embodiment of vintage style and craftsmanship brought into the
modern era through a comprehensive restoration.Under the hood, this
classic pickup is powered by a professionally rebuilt 350 cubic
inch V8 engine. The powerplant features an Edelbrock carburetor and
intake manifold, delivering strong, dependable performance. Paired
with a smooth-shifting 3-speed automatic transmission and a dual
exhaust system, it offers an engaging and confident driving
experience with the unmistakable rumble of classic American
muscle. The exterior is finished in a striking yellow with a crisp
white roof, highlighted by a tastefully restored wood plank bed
floor that adds a touch of rustic authenticity. The truck was taken
down to bare metal, primed with 2K epoxy, and finished in a
high-quality base coat/clear coat paint job, ensuring a show-worthy
finish throughout.Inside the cabin, the truck is trimmed in
comfortable brown vinyl upholstery. Modern features such as air
conditioning, power steering, power brakes, and a tilt steering
column enhance the daily drivability of this classic. The attention
to detail extends to every corner of the vehicle. Every nut and
bolt was replaced with new factory OEM GM components during the
restoration. The frame, suspension, and rear end were all media
blasted, painted, and reassembled with care. Even the cab interior
and underside were color-matched and sprayed with Rhino Liner
before reassembly, providing durability and a clean, professional
finish.Riding on polished aluminum wheels, this truck combines
period-correct styling with modern road presence. A premium sound
system is integrated for cruising comfort, and seatbelts have been
added for safety. This 1972 GMC C1500 Sierra Grande is more than a
restored truck-it's a rolling tribute to classic American pickup
design, enhanced with modern touches to make it as enjoyable to
