The 1964 Corvette is a second-generation Corvette Sting Ray model,
renowned for its sleek styling and powerful performance. It
continued the iconic C2 design introduced in 1963, destined to
become classic. This handsome, matching-numbers roadster was the
beneficiary of a careful restoration in 2015. The fiberglass body
has excellent gaps and was professionally refinished in Ermine
White that is in very good condition. Chrome and stainless are
outstanding and Turbine aluminum wheels (true knock-offs) mount 15"
Hankook whitewall radials. The original red vinyl interior has been
well cared for and is in excellent condition. Features include
tinted windows, a Hurst shifter w/classic-look lever, full gauge
package, AM/FM sound system and manual convertible top. Horsepower
is provided by a numbers-matching 327ci small-block, one of Chevy's
best. We do not have a complete history on the engine, but it
sounds very strong through the side-mount exhaust system. Cooling
is managed by an aluminum radiator and it is backed by a 4-speed
manual transmission and factory differential with street gearing
(may be posi-traction). A clean chassis is equipped with manual
steering and power disc/drum brakes w/new dual master. Suspension
components appear to have been well maintained. If you have been
thinking about investing in a classic C2 Corvette, consider this
outstanding, restored '64 roadster. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
