Factory-equipped with traction bars from the assembly line, this
1968 Chevrolet Camaro Restomod sports dark gray paint with
metalflake finish. Silver painted stripes run the length of the
body, creating visual contrast against the darker base. The
upgraded cowl hood sits prominently up front, while custom grille
and headlight housing give this Camaro a distinct face. Rolling on
18" wheels front and rear, this machine sits on 235/40ZR18 front
tires and 275/40ZR18 rear tires that fill the wheel wells
perfectly.
Black vinyl interior creates a clean, purposeful environment inside
this restomod. New aftermarket bucket seats provide modern comfort
while maintaining the classic muscle car aesthetic. The aftermarket
dash pad fits seamlessly, housing Auto Meter gauges in a custom
cluster arrangement. JVC stereo head unit sits in a custom box
below the dash, offering AM/FM, CD, Bluetooth, auxiliary input, and
satellite radio capability. Vintage Air controls are integrated
into the dash for climate comfort, while the tilt steering column
features an aftermarket wheel. Door panels house speakers at the
bottom, and the floor shifter puts gear changes right at your
fingertips.
Power comes from a 383 stroker V8 engine built on a 350 SBC block,
breathing through Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection and an
Edelbrock RPM air gap intake. Aluminum heads, polished valve
covers, and a serpentine belt system keep things running
efficiently, while the aluminum radiator with custom shroud and
dual electric fans maintain proper temperatures. The Tremec TKO600
5-speed manual transmission sends power back to a Ford 9" rear end.
Wilwood 4-wheel disc brakes provide stopping power, while Hotchkis
suspension components, frame connectors, and traction bars create a
tight, controlled ride. FlowMaster dual exhaust with long tube
headers delivers the soundtrack.
