almost anywhere and do almost anything AMC Eagle. The AMC Eagle was
decades ahead of the competition when the Eagle was introduced in
1981. The compact family wagon designed combined with its rugged
4WD capabilities made them the perfect mix between utility and
adventure.
The 1987 AMC Eagle offered here is an original example featuring
just 997908 miles since new. It is presented in its original Garnet
exterior paint over Garnet interior highly trimmed with wood
accents and patterned cloth seat inserts. Powering this classic is
its 4.2 liter inline 6 cylinder engine, automatic transmission and
part time 4 wheel drive. Options and highlights include: Power
steering, power brakes, air conditioning, stereo with cassette,
split bench front seat with floor shifter, tilt steering wheel,
clock, tilt steering wheel, hatchback style rear door, and "Shift
on the Fly" 4 Wheel Drive engagement. This Eagle remains in
excellent original condition and runs and drives very well.
These Eagles are becoming extremely hard to find in this condition.
It has been routinely serviced and cared for since day one. It is
documented by its original build sheets, a large file of
information and service records, and a clean CARFAX. The car is
ready to show and go!
