Revitalized for modern motoring, this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS
Tribute Restomod features a Dover White finish that looks fantastic
on its muscular body. Black painted stripes run across the mild
cowl hood and front clip, creating a bold contrast against the
brilliant white. The low, wide stance comes from a carefully
crafted suspension setup, complemented by chrome 5-spoke Ridler 18"
wheels wrapped in 235/40R18 front and 285/40R18 rear Nitto NT05R
tires. Headlight louvers and an SS grille badge add character up
front, while a chin spoiler and rear deck lid badge complete the
look. The custom white vinyl interior with houndstooth inserts
creates the perfect balance of classic style and updated comfort.
Factory-style bucket seats anchor the cabin while the full floor
console houses additional instrumentation with four gauges mounted
up front. Digital aftermarket gauges take the place of the factory
cluster for improved accuracy. Additional interior features include
a tilt steering wheel, Vintage Air air conditioning controls, and a
factory-style aftermarket radio with components in the deck lid.
The door panels and clean headliner round out the thoughtfully
updated cabin. A 350 LS2 V8 engine sits at the front of this
Camaro, connected to a 4L80E 4-speed automatic transmission for
smooth power transfer. The FiTech fuel injection system with
high-ram style intake manifold optimizes fuel delivery and
performance. A full CVF serpentine system runs the R134 air
conditioning and power steering. An aluminum radiator with dual
electric fans keeps temperatures in check. The Ridetech suspension
uses coilovers with tubular control arms and sway bar up front,
plus a solid axle with 4-link setup and coilovers at the rear.
Braking is handled by drilled and slotted 2-piece rotors with
6-piston front and 4-piston rear calipers. HIGHLIGHTS: • 350 LS2 V8
