This is the first Tesla Mini in the US built by Gildred Racing in
partnership with ECC. This beautiful 1971 MK3 Austin Mini was
painted in a Riviera blue with a grey roof. The interior has been
completely reimagined with a lovely houndstooth cream fabric with
light grey interior. The interior retains it's correct appearance
with the center binnacle and open dash design. The original 988
engine was replaced with a 300hp Tesla Model S front motor with
three lithium batteries providing 31 kilowatt hours of power,
enough to propel the car up to 150 miles on one charge. The car was
recently restored to a high level and is ready to drive home.
