RPO 1LE, Special Performance Components Package, included 4-wheel disc brakes with special heavy-duty 12" front brakes, performance rear axle, aluminum driveshaft and spare wheel, special shocks, engine oil cooler, dual-converter exhaust, fuel pickup and gas tank baffle. Foglamps were deleted for weight savings and improved cooling. Air conditioning was not available with 1LE package. This particular car also has notable option RPO YF5, California Emissions Equipment.
