Vehicle Description
Great classic truck! This Chevy truck was frame off restored from
2012-2014 for the current owner. He started with a truck from the
dry Central Valley in California. Restoration work was performed at
a shop in San Diego. After the resto was done the truck was shipped
to the owners home in Northern California. It currently has only
570 miles on the build as the owner has not had much time to use
it.
The original 235ci engine/ 3 speed manual have been upgraded to a
rebuilt 261ci 6 cyl with a Saginaw 4 speed manual transmission. The
engine has dual Weber carbs on an Edmunds aluminum intake. Wayne
aluminum valve cover and side covers. Fenton split exhaust
manifolds with Spintech mufflers.
Suspension upgrades include: Fatman front subframe with manual rack
and pinion steering, Fatman 4-link rear suspension and Camaro
rearend with 3:08 gears. Front disc brakes and rear drums. Rally
wheels.
Interior has Dolphin gauges and a Vintage brand FM radio with kick
panel speakers, The fuel tank has been relocated under the bed to
make more leg room. The seat is a Dodge Dakota split seat with
drivers side power adjustment. Aluminum tilt steering column.
The body is painted in 2 stage enamel. All glass with the exception
of the windshield is tinted. Wood bed installed. Very nice chrome
and paint.
Runs and drives good. Clean California title in-hand.
