Extensively modified with modern upgrades, this 1940 Chevrolet
Master Deluxe Streetrod displays rich red paint across its
all-steel body and running boards. Black cloth hardtop provides
visual contrast while shaved door handles create clean lines
throughout. Painted black hood features tasteful pinstriping that
flows across the surface. Chrome 17" Billet Specialties front
wheels paired with 18" Billet Specialties rear wheels fill the
fenders perfectly, wrapped in 205/45ZR17 front and 235/40ZR18 rear
tires. Front bumperettes receive matching paint treatment with
black and red pinstriping accents.
Black and red custom vinyl interior creates a sophisticated cabin
environment with bucket seats up front and rear bench seating.
Floor-mounted shifter operates through the center console, which
also houses the door release controls. Dakota Digital gauges
replace the original instrumentation while tilt steering wheel
adjusts for comfort. Power windows eliminate manual cranking and
air conditioning keeps temperatures comfortable. Custom headliner
and console work demonstrate quality craftsmanship throughout the
cabin space.
350 V8 crate engine with Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor generates
serious power through the TH200-4R 4-speed automatic transmission
with overdrive. High-rise Edelbrock intake feeds the motor while
powder-coated Sanderson shorty headers channel exhaust through dual
glasspack-style mufflers. Tubular A-arm front suspension with coil
springs and shocks combines with leaf spring rear setup including
sway bar. Power disc brakes at all four corners provide stopping
power while rack and pinion steering improves handling precision.
Electric cooling fan and upgraded radiator manage engine
temperatures with R134A air conditioning system.
