This 1972 Chevrolet El Camino SS is finished attractively in
Antique White that gives this classic a super-clean look. This is a
real SS car, documented by the original build sheet that comes with
the car. The cowl induction hood has black rally stripes and hood
pins that add to the muscle car look of this classic El Camino. The
black SS grill and black tonneau cover look fantastic paired with
the white body color. A set of 15-inch factory SS wheels wrapped
with BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires complete the factory muscle car
appeal of this El Camino.
The Jet Black interior features optional bucket seats with console
and horseshoe shifter. The dash is correct for 1972 SS, with round
gauge housings containing the fuel gauge, clock and speedometer as
well as optional tachometer and other gauges. A factory steering
wheel with SS horn button completes the factory SS look of the
interior. Additionally, this car has factory air conditioning
charged with R134a, tilt steering column and a factory left-side
remote mirror.
Under the cowl hood is a clean engine bay that features a healthy
350 cubic inch small block engine mated to a TH350 automatic
transmission that sends power back to a 12-bolt rear end. The
engine is largely stock in appearance and features factory painted
valve covers, Edelbrock Performer aluminum intake manifold,
Rochester Quadrajet 4-barrel carburetor and factory air cleaner
with proper decal. It is equipped with throaty-sounding dual
exhaust system with Magnaflow mufflers as well. Drivability is
enhanced with factory front power disc brakes, power steering and
upgraded QA1 tubular A-arms, sway bar and adjustable coil-overs in
the front with QA1 trailing arms, sway bar and coil-overs in the
rear.
