For Sale: 1967 Dodge Coronet in Mesa, Arizona

Classic Car Addict is proud to present this 1967 Dodge Coronet 440ci V8 for sale in our Mesa, Arizona showroom. The Coronet was marketed by Dodge in seven generations and shared nameplates with the same body shell with varying levels of equipment. The Coronet reappeared for the 1965 model year as the intermediate sized B-body, continuing what had been the Dodge Polara.
The front and rear bench seats are trimmed in black vinyl and have recently been reupholstered. Bright trim lines the dashboard and doorsills and equipment includes a heater, new black carpet, and an AM/FM stereo. A three-spoke steering wheels frames a horizontal 120-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and volts. There is a Dixco 8K RPM tach mounted to the steering column and additional gauges showing oil, water, and amps. The five-digit odometer shows 40K miles, total mileage is unknown.
The car is finished in a custom two-tone paint featuring black and copper (Texas burnt orange) with blazing flames. The car was recently buffed and polished. Details include quad headlights, hood louver, driver side mirror, passenger mounted antenna, and chrome bumpers. All exterior lights are in working order. The Dodge rolls on Magnum 500 wheels with Cooper Cobra tires, P21570R15's.
The Coronet now features a 440ci V8 that's been bored 60 over. The block number is 253 6430-4, casting number is 6-25-65. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three speed Torque Flight 727 transmission with a 2500 stall converter. The motor has been balanced and has new pistons and rods. It features a comp cam 305 duration and 525 lift. Additional upgrades include an Edelbrock performer RPM aluminum heads and a four-barrel carburetor. It has a Ford 9-inch rear end with 355 gears and does have posi-traction.
