Engine is original and was rebuilt as part of restoration.
It is a 383 cubic inch - V8
Car was purchased in 1972. I was the 2nd owner I believe. We continued to drive the car until we had our 1st child, then we needed a 4-door, so parked it for 20+ years.
During restoration, the engine, transmission & the rear end were rebuilt..
Body work was done also. The front 2 fenders were replaced, so I don't believe the fender tag still matches the vehicle.
I have replaced the radiator with a larger aluminum one because it overheated during slow speeds (parades). I do still have the original radiator. I do not have the original tires or hubcaps. There are currently "Keystone Klassics" on the car.
The reason for selling this car is because I am struggling with my eyesight and quit driving as of last winter.
The seal on the front of the transmission is leaking. I was told it probably dried out because of limited use. I will have that repair done if I receive a full offer on the car.
