- Engine Rebuild (1936 D2 Block):
Bored .040 over, crank bore corrected, crank cut .010 under
Machined fire deck and head for precision flatness
Fully reassembled with new rings, bearings, gaskets, head studs, and oil pump
- Body & Frame:
Media-blasted and chemically dipped for rust removal
New sheet metal patched into any weak or missing sections
Underside coated with Rust-Oleum epoxy, exterior finished in PPG single-stage polyurethane
- Transmission & Differential:
Fully disassembled, hot tank cleaned, new bearings, seals, gaskets, and synchros
Worn gears replaced and reassembled to factory specifications
- Suspension & Brakes:
Cleaned, blasted, and inspected with worn parts replaced
New brake mechanicals, hydraulics, rebuilt master cylinder, and new steel/flex brake lines
- Electrical:
Original 6-volt system upgraded with a modern 6-volt alternator
Turn signals added for enhanced safety
