This is a real 1969 Camaro Z/28 with a recent rotisserie restoration by previous owner. The floor and rear quarters were replaced along with front inner fender wells. The interior is new, and the paint job is perfect. Real deal X77 car with a NOM 302DZ power plant with a Muncie M-20 transmission and a 12-bolt Posi traction rear end. Engine block # 3932386 dated J-26-8, VI029DZ. Cylinder heads are # 3927186 and a 30/30 solid lifter camshaft. The transmission is stamped P9C07A, and the rear end is BU 0123 G1 Exterior options are front and rear spoilers, soft ray glass, deluxe exterior chrome package and ZL2 cowl induction hood. Five BF Goodrich Radial TA 225/65 R15's. Interior options are floor console with gauges; dash clock and radio delete. Along with all of the standard equipment that came on the Z/28 package. Since my ownership I've done the following repairs and or replacement to make the car more period correct. Replaced the rear bumper guards and rear spoiler, center caps on the wheels and installed missing information labels. Changed oil and filter on the engine, changed transmission oil. Adjusted the valves, replaced the rear shocks, fuel pump, needle and seat for the secondary float in the carb. Also replaced the accelerator diaphragm in the carb. Hidden VIN matches with the dash VIN. This car is stored in a climate-controlled garage in SWFL. Covered and rarely driven, 150 miles last year. This car was produced the 4th week of Feb, 02D. The NCRS shipping report states delivery to Dick Hunt Chevy in Indianapolis on March 3rd, 1969. Just received the data report from Jerry MacNeish, and he verified that the trim tag is original and the VIN matches production data for being built the last week of Feb at Norwood. So, you're looking at one of 20,302 real Z/28's built for the 1969 model year. Hugger Orange exterior was 8.5% and Ivory interior was 11% of all Camaros built in 1969.
