For Sale: 1979 Toyota Pickup in Fredericksburg, Texas
Welcome to StreetDreamsTexas being in the classic car and truck
business for 26 years we acquire all kinds of interesting
vehicles.. This was a local truck here in Fredericksburg , Texas so
really the rust factor is not too bad. There is a hole on each
front fender and the actual floor boards inside the truck. Check
out the bed it is very solid. The 20R engine is locked up and for 2
years I have been planning on buying a remanufactured one which I
have seen them on the ole innerweb for like 2800 but it just stays
on the back burner. We have an 83 2wd that we use to get parts and
run to town sometimes. Almost every time I drive it someone wants
to buy it. I think this truck would be a great knock around little
four wheel drive. If I am not mistaken 79 was the first year for
the Hilux Toyota 4x4 pick up. We have sold a couple of pretty nice
old Toyotas for 20 plus grand. I have seen a few advertisements at
40 grand. This cool patina truck has a clear Texas title in our
name and we have the other factory wheel. The featured 4 x 4 is in
a good spot for whatever one might want to do with it. This is
being sold as is non running. Shipping is available at around 1.00
per loaded mile. What is crazy is this truck has factory AC, power
steering and brakes. Look at the pictures so you know what you are
buying!!!!
