in 2005, Ford added a new California Special package in 2007 as an
option for GT Premium models to pay tribute to the original 1968
GT/CS Mustang hardtops, which were equipped with unique appearance
items-including Shelby side scoops, a rear spoiler and horizontal
tail lights-for the California market. Similarly, the 2007 GT/CS
included side scoops, unique front and rear fascias, and side tape
stripes with "GT/CS" lettering, plus polished 18-inch aluminum
