Here we have a MK 1A Sunbeam Tiger 1966 Paint code 1 This car also has the matching hardtop and the engine is a 289 hipo that still has the original thick balancer along with the dual point distributor. I do have the tiger air cleaner but I did not get the element yet. Some of the wiring still needs to be finished up along with putting the weather strips in the hardtop.
The car has a new clutch master and slave cylinder. Oil was just changed. Has all new front suspension and brakes. The car also has the telescopic steering column along with the original rear anti tramp bars. I have owned the car for almost 20 years . The car was painted over 15 years ago and was stripped down to bare steel. This car is originally from Texas and there is ABSOLUTELY no rust in this car. I've owned several "Tigers in the past and this is my last which I'm selling.
Fun fact; Carol Shelby - who made the iconic Shelby Cobras helped create these Tigers as a poor mans Cobra. These cars are a great investment and will continue to appreciate in value in the near future as they are getting harder to find in this condition.
