1930 Ford, Real Deal Henry Ford Steel. Five window coupe rust free car, base coat/clear coat. Started by stripping complete car then 3 coats of epoxy primer and 2 coats of 2K primer. Then 3 coats of base and 3 coats of premium clear. Complete steel floors inside and coated with Por 15, then covered in 3 mill sound/thermo proofing on floor and panels. Brand new Boling Brothers 107" mandrel bent frame with triangulated 4 link rear with coil overs. Ford 9 inch Duchman Industries rear, with Posi 370 gear and 31 spline axles. Drum brakes in rear with all new internals and backing plates. New Dropped I-beam front, with hairpins radius rods, transverse spring, panhard bar, new spindles king pins rotors and disc brakes. Vega cross style steering, new borgsen box, rods and shocks. Chassis sitting on new steelies with baby moons, and stainless trim rings. All riding on new BF Goodrich 255/70R15 rears, and Firestone 165/R15 fronts. Powertrain is 1967 283 bored .030 over, engine boiled, hot tanked, magnafluxed first off to make sure everything was perfect then honed with torque plates. New cam bearings installed & galley holes treaded and plugs installed. Connecting Rods were all resized if needed and new pistons installed. Stock forged crankshaft checked and micro polished. High volume HV55 Melling oil pump and HP rod for pump. Melling 22203 camshaft and Howards lifters. Heads are 1957 corvette fuel injection power pack small combustion chambers with staggered bolt pattern valve covers ( super rare). Heads got the works, resurfaced 10 thousands with machine work done to allow the HP Viton seals, new valves, springs locks, and bronze guides for unleaded fuel. Topped off with Original 7 fin Corvette aluminum covers. Crankshaft was drilled and tapped for Harmonic Balancer bolt, New High Performance Balancer, so no little thin balancer falling off at high revs. High volume stock looking Milodon water pump, 3 Core Champion aluminum radiator with Maradyne 2170 cfm fan, 110 amp chrome alternator one wire, MSD ignition, Edelbrock Vintage C3B intake, topped off with a Edelbrock 500 CFM AVS2 carb. Transmission is turbo 350 completely rebuilt from Georgia Performance Transmission in Macon Ga, 2200 stall converter. Denny's Driveshaft custom built shaft joins the engine and trans to the rear. Drivetrain performs flawlessly & no leaks at all. All new wiring harness, glass/felts gaskets, window regulators, door handles, trunk handle, chrome window cranks, etc. And all doors and trunk lock as they should, windows go up and down very well and don't rattle. This is a Very Well Built, Engineered, and Detailed street rod that's well sorted. The pictures speak for themselves, car was built completely new from the first bolt up, painted in pieces and assembled in stages. So no overspray, and taped off mess. Every gauge works, every light, indicators in the dash, turn signals high beam and horn work just light a newer car. Windshield still tilts out like it should and all hardware is brand new. Car has new beveled glass review mirror as it would have in 1930 and the interior is complete including Real Leather seats and panels, with German Weave carpeting with the piping sewn in leather even trunk is done with leather and carpet. 15 gallon fuel cell with a gas gauge that works and is accurate. Led lighting under the dash and in the truck, waterproof vinyl top as correct as original.
