What we have here is a very nice, freshly restored 1971 Volkswagen
Beetle Convertible with 25 miles on the odometer; total miles on
the car are unknown but we believe it may have been reset when
restored. This car is finished in Canary Yellow and has a "like
new" complementary White vinyl interior and, she has a new Black
Canvas convertible top. The original frame will have to be
refurbished or a replacement will need to be acquired. As it
stands, she does not have a top installed. As you can see from the
pictures, this car is in excellent condition, in need of some final
adjustments and you will have yourself a great summer runabout.
This 1971 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible runs and drives and needs
some final adjustments to the carburetor to have it start easily
and run perfectly; there are videos provided of the car running.
She has her original motor, completely rebuilt, coupled to a 4-spd
manual transmission. The motor was completely rebuilt from the
ground up and we have receipts for ALL the work done on the car.
Brakes are good and the car is overall a restored, solid example of
a great classic Beetle. As you can see in the pictures, she passed
inspection last July and everything works as intended. Lights,
wipers, brake lights, turn signals, etc.
