One of the best in the country! Rotisserie restored to factory
specs. #s matching throughout and documented with protect-o-plate,
order form and manuals. Many NOS parts were used. It still has it's
original California "black plates" that match the registration! It
has a 5 inch stack of photos documenting the before and during the
restoration.
EXTERIOR: Better than new fit and finishes. The body is absolutely
pristine and straight with no rust or damage. It still has it's
original metal with the exception of NOS quarter panels. Repainted
it's original Marina Blue in lacquer to be authentic and so the
exact color is correct. Polished to a smooth and glossy finish. All
of the chrome and trim is restored or replaced with many NOS
pieces. All new weatherstrips and seals. The vinyl top has been
replaced. It's rolling on a set of reproduction redline tires with
painted rims and poverty hubcaps.
INTERIOR: It was completely gutted and restored from floor to
ceiling! We have pictures of the floors all prepped and painted
under the new carpet. It also has reproduction floor mats and
factory deluxe seatbelts front and back. The seats are rebuilt,
recushioned and reupholstered. The door panels, armrests, headliner
and visors were all replaced. The entire dash area is restored and
has factory gauges. The factory center console has the correct
reverse lockout shifter.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Original born with, #s matching 327-275hp
motor. It was completely rebuilt, bored, balanced and Dyno tuned at
326 hp! We have a list of all the numbers on the original
components: heads manifolds, carb (rare!), distributor, water pump
etc. Even electrical components: alternator, regulator, horn relay,
wiper motor and starter are original. Very detailed engine rebuild
specs will be included. It's a California car so it has smog
equipment which is restored and complete.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and the jamb are painted as
nice as the car. It's complete with reproduction decals,
weatherstrip and trunk mat. Inside is perfectly clean metal and the
exact trunk spatter finish was duplicated with a spray gun. It also
has a complete restored jack and spare assembly.
UNDERSIDE: It was flipped on a rotisserie! Everything was removed
from the bottom of the car. The floors are pristine metal that were
prepped and painted a semi-gloss black with the correct amount of
blue overspray from the body. All of the suspension and steering
has been completely rebuilt and detailed. The brake system was
completely restored to factory specs, all new lines, hoses, e-brake
cables etc. It has a correct reproduction Gardner dual exhaust. The
fuel system was completely replaced including the tank and the
lines. Looking up at the motor it is spotless Chevy orange and has
it's correct numbers matching starter. The 4-speed transmission is
completely numbers matching on every component. The drive shaft has
been restored right down to the duplicated green assembly marking.
It has it's original 10 bolt rear end with 3.08 posi gears. 4 QA1
adjustable gas shocks were recently installed.
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we
built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and
hired a team of technicians to work it. This is so we can sell you
the best cars within reason.
If it's not the best 66 Nova it is certainly one of them! The level
of restoration and authenticity is high. To have such great
documentation is impressive, I especially like the original black
plates!
For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the
highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide
is my professional opinion based on my experience with these
vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a
personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always
available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is
to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase
the car and share our team's insights.
Our cars are displayed within a museum setting. If you are
interested in a specific vehicle, please schedule an appointment
with a salesperson to view it. Without an appointment, there is an
admission fee to enter the showroom. If you decide to purchase a
car, your admission will be refunded, and you'll receive a one-year
museum membership.
