1953 Buick Special, a solid vintage cruiser that's been my personal
project for over a year. While I've made substantial progress, I've
recently taken on another build and need to make space. Mechanical:
Original 263 cu in Straight-8 engine Dynaflow automatic
transmission - runs and drives well Converted to 12-volt electrical
system Front and rear suspension lowered 3" (original suspension
included for easy reinstallation) Body & Chassis: Solid body with a
few dents and minor rust spots New welded-in floor pans Solid trunk
Soundproofing installed throughout - floors, doors, ceiling
Interior: Brand new upholstery: headliner, carpet, door panels
Rubber floor mat and extra padding over soundproofing New door and
trunk seals Photos available from different stages of the build
This Buick is a great mix of originality and tasteful updates.

restoration, it's a strong foundation with a ton of the hard work
