The 993 was manufactured between 1994 and 1998, replacing the 964
series. The 993's production marked the end of air-cooled Porsches,
thus the 993 generation of the 911 is often referred to as the best
and most desirable of the 911 model.
Factory Options include: Catalytic Converter, Cassette Radio Becker
Porsche Unit, 8-Way Electrical Drivers and Passenger seat, Wheel
Caps in Steel Grey, Cruise Control and Moon Roof.
Furthermore this 993 has been upgraded with a Porsche Classic
radio, Turbo front bumper, RS rear bumper, Large Oval Exhaust Tips,
18" Turbo Twists and PPF (Paint Protection Film) on nose.
Service records from new and in 2021 was treated to a full service
tune up with spark plugs, Ignition Wire set, new Distributor
Caps/Rotors, New drive Belts, upper and lower valve covers reseal,
front engine reseal, Cooling fan resistors replaced and most
recently (2024) a full AC system overhaul (Evaporator/Receiver
Drier/Expansion valve, Compressor all replaced) was carried out to
ensure Cool driving in southern Florida.
