This 1949 Ford Custom Woody wagon amazingly has only 37,164 actual
miles. It was previously part of the Steelwood collection, and in
their care, this vehicle was lovingly treated to a frame-off
restoration. The exterior has been refinished in a correct Meadow
Green which is the perfect handsome compliment to the real wood.
All the chrome on the vehicle was replated but the original brown
seating was retained and is in excellent condition. the headliner
was replaced and a new black rubber floor mat was laid throughout
the interior. Under the hood is the factory-correct V8 engine, and
this fine example features factory Overdrive. In addition, this
fantastic Ford features an exterior sun visor, push-button AM
radio, fog lights, 3rd-row seating, and even the original Ford
"sunscreen" driving visor.
