This meticulously preserved, two-owner 1971 Datsun 510 boasts a
remarkably low 6,476 actual miles. Purchased new by Mr. D'hulst of
West Linn, Oregon, the vehicle saw limited use before being stored,
covered, in his garage from 1980 until its acquisition by a close
friend from his estate in 2007. The Datsun is preserved in its
authentic, corrosion-free state, featuring the original
factory-applied blue paint and a matching original blue interior.
It still features its original Toyo tires, including an unused
spare, along with the unused tools and jack. This Datsun 510
features its original 1595cc inline 4-cylinder engine, paired with
a floor shifted 4-speed manual transmission. Recent maintenance
includes a carburetor rebuild, replacement of the brake master
cylinder and oil change. The sale includes significant
documentation: a copy of the original title, a copy of the second
owner's title, Oregon registrations, the original Oregon license
plate, and the original owner's manual. Notably, the original owner
disliked the headrests and driver's seat belt, which were removed
and subsequently lost, and are therefore not included with the
vehicle.
