This 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Restomod combines classic '50s design
with modern upgrades. The Black finish complements the iconic
Tri-Five architecture with its distinctive rear fins and flowing
body contours. Chrome trim runs along the sides and frames the
front and rear fascias, creating strong contrast against the dark
paint. The 15" American Racing Torq Thrust wheels add aggressive
styling while the 26x8.00R15LT front and 28x12.00R15LT rear tires
provide a planted, wide stance for this automotive legend.
Saddle Tan upholstery fills the cabin with a custom interior
crafted by Lingerfelter Interior of Cape Coral, FL. The power
bucket seats, originally from a 2004 GTO, offer excellent support
during spirited driving. A full center console houses the shifter,
while the dashboard features clear, easy-to-read aftermarket
gauges. Additional luxuries include power windows, a touchscreen
AM/FM CD player with Bluetooth capability, seatbelts, and cold
R134A air conditioning for year-round comfort regardless of outside
temperatures.
The 350 V8 crate engine sits between the frame rails and connects
to a T10 4-speed manual transmission for direct control over the
powerband. FiTech fuel injection replaces the traditional
carburetor for improved starting and consistent performance.
Patriot Headers feed into a dual exhaust with turbo mufflers for an
appropriate exhaust note. The Griffin aluminum radiator with dual
electric fans keeps operating temperatures in check. Handling comes
from tubular A-arms up front and leaf springs in the rear, while
rack and pinion power steering makes for light directional
changes.
