1968 Chrysler Newport Custom Coupe. 323 2-barrel. Approx. 43,000. all original miles. Originally sold at a dealership in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Its apparent the car was pampered over all these years. You wont find any body fillers, rot or rust. Solid throughout, including nice clean undercarriage. Paint keeps a nice shine and underwent a paint correction and ceramic coating. This isn't a trailer queen, but a very solid cruiser or collector piece; a head turner. It is current on all maintenance and was recently subject to a rigorous NH state inspection. Recent maintenance included: New whitewall tires, rebuilt carburetor (I have original) , rebuilt original radiator (pro painted black) new water pump and fan clutch. All new belts/hoses, fluids changed, belts, gaskets, etc.. Upgraded dual exhaust...nice rumble sound. AM radio still works (but currently disconnected)/New Kenwood sound system/rear deck speakers/bluetooth. Interior shows beautifully w/no dash cracks, no tears in fabric, perfect headliner, nice carpet, clear gauges, clear glass all over, no smells. All dash gauges, lights work; opera lights in rear. AC converted/serviced and blows cold. All crank widows function/front electric seat, too. All Chrysler Newport pentastar badging in place; beautiful, original wheel covers. If you can find a better, as complete classic, I suggest you go for it.
