Superior structural rigidity gives this 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS
Tribute an advantage over conventional hardtops thanks to its
pillared two-door sedan design. Blue Candy paint covers the
exterior with athletic black stripes running the length of both
sides. The bright chrome front and rear bumpers remain in excellent
condition, perfectly complementing the 17" American Racing Torq
Thrust wheels. Wrapped around those wheels are 255/50ZR17 tires
that provide the right stance and road contact. Tinted windows add
the finishing touch to the exterior, enhancing the pure muscle car
appearance that made Chevrolet's performance vehicles legendary
during the late 1960s.
Black vinyl dominates the interior with a split bench seat that
appears nearly new. The dashboard remains free of any cracks or
fading, featuring period-correct gauges that display all essential
information. Audio comes through an aftermarket AM/FM CD player.
The B&M shifter mounted on the floor provides direct control
over gear selection, while a Sport Comp tachometer under the center
dash allows for real-time engine monitoring. An aftermarket
steering wheel completes the driver-centric layout, giving improved
control during spirited driving sessions.
According to the consignor this is not just any chevy 350. It has
been turned into a 383 stroker V8 and produces impressive output
thanks to its high-rise Street Dominator intake manifold and
four-barrel Holley carburetor. Holley aluminum heads enhance
airflow capabilities while aftermarket headers connect to a
FlowMaster dual exhaust system for optimal exhaust gas removal. The
three-speed TH350 automatic transmission handles power transfer
with precision. Power front disc brakes provide substantial
stopping capability.
