Get in, drop the top and turn some heads! This Chevelle is wearing
its desirable factory colors plus it's been lovingly restored and
is begging to be driven. The only thing you have to do is enjoy
it!
EXTERIOR: According to the tag it was born LeMans Blue. It was
neatly repainted and has a slick and shiny finish. Looking down the
side of the body you will see smooth contours and crisp lines. The
SS side stripes add the perfect pop plus it complements the white
vinyl power convertible top as well. I really like the SS hood with
dual bulges. The car is equipped with dual side view mirrors as
well. The bumpers were rechromed and the remaining trim all has a
lustrous shine. The blacked-out front grille with SS 396 badging
looks to be in great shape. In back it has the blacked out tail
panel and the trim was replaced. It also has the correct cowbell
style polished exhaust tips. The ensemble is rolling on a sweet set
of 14" SS wheels wrapped in excellent BFGoodrich Radial T/A
tires.
INTERIOR: Striking! The Parchment colored interior has a pearl
iridescent sheen that is very attractive. The front bucket seats
have been reupholstered and the rear bench done in matching vinyl.
It has seatbelts front and back. The door panels and armrests were
also replaced. The original looking center console has a chrome 4
speed shifter sitting front and center. A practical triple gauge
cluster was added to monitor the vitals. It was also upgraded with
a digital stereo by Retrosound that has Bluetooth capabilities and
fits in the factory hole. The gauges and instrument panel appear to
be original It has a tilt column and an aftermarket woodgrain
steering wheel. The original dash pad is still in place and has a
couple small splits. The carpeting was replaced and the interior
lights are working.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The 396 big block runs strong and sounds tough!
It appears stock but that's an aluminum intake painted orange, a
hotter cam and an HEI ignition. It is nicely dressed in new chrome
air cleaner and valve covers. It has a fresh 4 barrel carburetor
and is also equipped with power steering and power brakes. The
squirters and horns are both hooked up. Upgraded with a large
aluminum radiator, it also has a heavy duty 7 blade clutch fan
keeping everything cool. All the hoses and belts were replaced. The
original cowl tag is in place. The fender wells and firewall were
neatly painted black.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The underside of the trunk lid and jamb are
nicely painted body color. It is furnished with reproduction jack
stickers and the weatherstrip was replaced. There is also a
full-size spare tire, vinyl cover, and trunk mat. Under the mat is
all solid metal finished with spatter paint. The convertible top
motor was replaced.
UNDERSIDE: The body was off the frame during restoration. It has
the F-41 suspension which includes swaybars and boxed rear control
arms. The suspension and steering were rebuilt. The brakes were
rebuilt, it has disc in front. The lines, hoses and e-brake cables
were replaced. It has neatly installed dual exhaust with Flowmaster
mufflers and correct chrome tips. The fuel system was replaced
including the tank. Looking up at the motor it is fresh Chevy
Orange with a fresh fuel pump and starter. The M-21 Muncie 4 speed
manual transmission and shift linkage look fresh. In back is a 12
bolt rear end with 3.73 posi gears. The floors look like really
clean metal painted gloss black.
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we
built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and
hired a team of technicians to work it. This is so we can sell you
the best cars within reason.
There are not many things better than a drop top Chevelle with a
big block! Truly an iconic image of American muscle car
history!

to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase
the car and share our team's insights. **Our cars are displayed
within a museum setting. If you are interested in a specific
vehicle, please schedule an appointment with a salesperson to view
it. Without an appointment, there is an admission fee to enter the
