Most likely the best '61 Electra on the planet! It underwent a no
expense spared, body off frame restoration and was driven only
1,265 miles since completion. California and New Mexico rust free
body. Meticulously detailed including every nut and bolt
throughout!
EXTERIOR: Nostalgic cruiser! I absolutely love the fender port
holes, 4 ports indicated top of the line. The arctic white paint
was applied with great care and attention to specifics. It was then
polished to a smooth and slick finish. Looking down the side of the
long and laser straight body you will see smooth contours and crisp
lines. The panels are all precisely aligned with beautiful
consistent gaps that are spot on. The doors close easily with
minimal effort. The front of this car is absolute artwork, with its
catamaran influenced design. The front grille and bumper both have
show quality chrome. All the glass was replaced and the window
frames were rechromed. The floating Buick emblem is super cool. The
remaining brightwork including chrome and stainless has been
restored to a glorious shine. The nautical theme continues with the
back bumper and its dual shark fins framing the beautifully
sculpted taillights. It also has show quality chrome that reflects
like a mirror. Well equipped with an optional spotlight and power
antenna. The white power convertible vinyl top looks fresh and
clean. Everything is rolling on 15" steel rims painted red to
nicely compliment the interior. The rims are adorned with some of
the coolest hubcaps ever, and wrapped in reproduction BFGoodrich
Silvertown whitewall tires.
INTERIOR: Genuine leather! The red and white leather upholstery is
soft and supple on the seats and door panels. I love the pleated
stitching and tufted buttons. This Electra features the ultra rare
optional bucket seats with the hard shell backs and a center
console. The backs are beautifully painted red just like the lower
dash, steering column, and steering wheel. The rare center console
with storage has matching pleated stitching and leather. The
interior chrome was also sent to the platers for a sparkling
finish. Fully restored power convertible top frame with chrome
plated hinges. As pretty as this interior is, it's the massive
hooded bar speedometer definitely steals your attention. And the
coolest part is your actually seeing the gauge in a mirror that
easily adjusts with a dial for taller or shorter drivers. To it's
left is another dial that adjusts the buzzing speed indicator. All
the bezels and knobs are in great shape. The interior chrome was
redone and sparkles like jewelry. On top of the mint padded dash is
a working optional clock. Power windows and seat make life easy in
this luxury ride. To make life even better a modern stereo is
cleverly concealed in the tissue dispenser!
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Gleaming! The Wildcat 401 Nailhead engine looks
totally fresh and makes a powerful 325 hp and mega 445 ft lbs of
torque! It is equipped with power steering and power brakes. The
battery is properly secured and the horns are hooked up. The
windshield squirters are also hooked up and it has the correct
Buick glass washer fluid bottle. All the hoses and belts were
replaced. The radiator was rebuilt and it has a new clutch fan plus
an electric fan mounted in front of the radiator to keep it running
cool. The firewall is painted body color and the underside of the
hood is complete with insulation.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The underside of the trunk lid is painted slick,
the sound deadener inserts look new, the latch is new, it has a
reproduction jack instructions sticker and a working trunk light.
The jamb is also slick and has a new weatherstrip. Inside looks
clean and finished with a complete red plaid liner. It is equipped
with a 5th matching painted red rim and a reproduction whitewall
tire for a spare and the jack assembly is restored.
UNDERSIDE: The body was removed from the frame, the entire chassis
was disassembled and restored. All the components were prepped and
painted a smooth semi gloss black. It went back together with
completely rebuilt steering and suspension components. The brake
system was restored, it has the famous big finned Buick drum
brakes. All the lines were replaced, e-brake is hooked up. The dual
exhaust was replaced and upgraded with stainless Magnaflow
mufflers. Looking up at the motor it's still spotless, the starter
was restored. The Dynaflow automatic transmission was also
restored. The drive shaft was rebuilt. The floors are rust free
metal painted a smooth satin black.

is my professional opinion based on my experience with these
vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a
personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always
available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is
to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase
the car and share our team's insights.
Our cars are displayed within a museum setting. If you are
interested in a specific vehicle, please schedule an appointment
with a salesperson to view it. Without an appointment, there is an
admission fee to enter the showroom. If you decide to purchase a
car, your admission will be refunded, and you'll receive a one-year
museum membership.
