first year for the new body style that would quickly become one of
the most iconic ones every designed by Chevrolet. The one we have
for you has had a stunning restoration completed. It pairs a
gorgeous color combo with the 265 V8 with Two Fours Setup and Three
Speed Trans. In the following paragraphs, we will briefly describe
the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of this Chevrolet, but first,
we would like to tell you a little about ourselves.

We will start with the exterior of this Corvette. It's optioned
with a removable hard top along with having the standard soft top.
The body on it is in phenomenal condition and has been repainted in
the Onyx Black Scheme with the Silver Cove. It was redone in base
coat clear coat and has been buffed and polished to a stunning
finish that's slick as a ribbon. We can see that up front all of
the chrome and stainless has a brilliant finish, and the same can
be said out back. The rest of the side trim and window trim are
also very nice. It comes with the driver mirror and is finished off
with a set of factory style 15" Steel Wheels with Wide White and
Corvette Hub Caps.
Next, we will look at the interior of this '56. On the inside, it's
done in the red color scheme, providing the perfect accent to the
exterior color combo. The door panels, carpet, and sill plates are
in excellent condition. The seats were all redone at the time of
the restoration and we can see it has the 3-speed manual floor
shift option. Looking at the dash, you'll notice that all of the
gauges are in excellent condition and working as they should
including the tach. All of the interior trim is beautifully and has
been well cared for. Inside the trunk is equally nice and it's
detailed out with the trunk mat.
Finally, we will get to the driveline of this Chevrolet. Under the
hood everything has a stunning detail. The power comes from the 265
V8 Engine that's set up with the dual Quad intake and Carbs. The
265 casting is 3720991. It has the 2419S & 2362S Carbs sitting on
the correct 378725 Intake. It's dressed in the original Corvette
Finned Valve covers. For exhaust, it has the correct '56 model
exhaust manifolds with dual pipes and mufflers that exit out the
rear tips like they should. The 265 V8 is mated to the 3 Speed
manual transmission that goes out back to the stock rear end. This
'56 comes with drum brakes and we can see that all of the front
suspension is in great condition. When we look under it there's no
denying how well its been cared for as the frame is rock solid and
all of the floors look amazing. Don't miss your chance to own this
